The office maintains cutting edge and state of the art equipment to process your loan, and to insure that your transaction is prepared in a timely manner. In today's loan environment, the lender handles much of the document preparation and delivers the documents in a variety of formats. We are equipped to receive these packages in the varying formats in a rapid and timely manner.

We maintain a DSL Internet connection with a dedicated static IP address, for speed and reliability, and stay current on all document delivery software and formats. We employ constant review of our systems to insure that we remain up-to-date. Our three HP printers not only are state of the art and support all current methods of document delivery, but also provide us with redundancy in the event of mechanical failure. Our two copiers, fax machine and computer network are all state of the art products that are integrated to enhance smooth operation.  We have "mirrored" hard drives on our server and employ frequent back-ups of all data to maintain information reliability.  

The office itself is set up with your transaction in mind. The closing takes place in a private and well-appointed conference room that is located on the main level. While customers rarely have to wait, a comfortable waiting room is provided if necessary.  The townhouse style office allows preparation of your documents to occur completely on the upper level in order to insure that your closing takes place in a quiet, peaceful and comfortable atmosphere.
