Alan C. Keith-Alan has practiced law in the Birmingham
area for 29
years. During most of that time, he has concentrated on residential
real
estate law representing a variety of lenders and real estate sales
professionals. He was graduated from the
University of Alabama in 1975 and from the University of Alabama School
of Law in 1978. His beautiful wife of 24 years is the former Sheri
Bishop, and they have four wonderful children, Meredith (22), Mallory
(19), Micah (16) and Matthew (13). Alan is active in church, having
taught Children's Church for 26 years, and in civic affairs, recently
completing a second three year term on the Birmingham Tip-Off Club
Board
of Directors. His hobbies include spending time with his family and
writing. He is the author of the as yet unpublished novel, THE
CURE. |

Sheri
B. Keith - Alan's beautiful
wife also works at the office. She juggles her seemingly impossible
schedule of raising 4 children to assist in both closing and post
closing operations, and as the office receptionist. In her "spare" time
she has served as the
praise and worship leader at their church since 1983, is a member of
several church connect groups, and is a frequent volunteer at Shades
Mountain Christian
School. |

Part time contractors - The office also works with various
contract personnel, all of whom have several years experience in
residential closings. These parties are brought in as necessary
to deal with heavier workloads, and are familiar with all office
systems and procedures.
